At Paths and Gateways, we walk the Paths to Possibilities and open Gateways to Growth, empowering children and transforming communities. Every effort counts, and every child matters. Together, we can create a future where opportunity knows no bounds.
2021 – 2022: Planting Seeds of Hope
Our journey began with a vision to ensure every child has the resources to succeed. In our first year, we served 180 students through our Breakfast Program, ensuring they started their day with a nutritious meal.
We distributed personal care products to 200 students, addressing basic hygiene needs, and provided school supplies to 200 students to support their education. To enhance learning, we introduced internet service at Merrywood Primary School, connecting students to a world of possibilities.
2022 – 2023: Expanding Horizons
Building on our foundation, we continued our Breakfast Program and personal care product distribution, reaching 180 and 200 students, respectively. With school supplies for 240 students, we ensured even more children were equipped for success. In a groundbreaking initiative, 27 students toured two university campuses, inspiring them to dream bigger.
We fostered teamwork and competition through a soccer tournament with teams from four schools and provided PE gear and equipment to enhance physical education. Creativity blossomed as 36 students participated in our Story Writing Competition, culminating in the publication of their works in the storybook, “Come Let Me Tell You.” We also introduced educational board games to four schools, fostering collaboration and critical thinking, impacting over 200 children.
2023 – 2024: Shaping Futures
This year, we expanded our Breakfast Program to 200 students and distributed personal care packages to 240 students. We continued to provide school supplies to 200 students and renewed our commitment to physical education with PE gear and equipment for four schools.
Our sports programs thrived, with a new Flag Football Competition alongside the soccer tournament, engaging teams from four schools. Students showcased their creativity in our Story Writing Competition, and 16 participants shared their unique narratives.
We also hosted the First Polytechnic Career Symposium, where 180 students explored diverse career opportunities, opening new pathways to success. To support holistic learning, we expanded our program of educational board games to four schools, continuing to impact over 200 children, encouraging problem-solving and teamwork.
2024 – 2025: Continuing the Legacy
As we embark on the next chapter of our journey, our commitment to empowering students and transforming communities remains steadfast. The seeds we’ve planted are blossoming, and with every step forward, we aim to make an even greater impact.
